Skin does not change in a day, so neither does the advice. Every consultation comes with two follow-ups a fortnight apart, because a routine nobody adjusts is a routine nobody keeps.
- Day 1
Your consultation
A specialist reads the skin profile you filled in beforehand, then sits with you — in person or over video — and builds a routine around what you actually have.
- Day 14
First follow-up
Two weeks is when skin starts to answer back. We check what changed, what stung, and what you could not keep up with, and adjust.
- Day 28
Second follow-up
A month in, the routine either works or needs changing. You see your own progress scored against where you started, not just how it feels.
